Upload not working

Hi I texted you I hope you saw it. I also called to try and figure out why my stuff is not uploaded or if it is why it’s not telling me it’s waiting for approval? I left a message yesterday. What happens if I can’t get it done in my 6 months period ? With the holiday I’m worried .
